Matt Stivers began his Real Estate Career as an Associate with the Commercial Real Estate firm Grubb & Ellis Company in San Jose, CA where he served for four years focusing on Retail & Industrial Leasing, Sales, & Investments.  Mr. Stivers has worked with private equity, institutional owners, and startup companies.  As an Independent Broker/Agent, he provides a unique position of anonymity to his clients in the marketplace.  Mr. Stivers is a CA DRE Licensed Broker, a CA OREA Licensed Appraiser, and holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Economics from the University of Montana in Missoula.  He is married with a daughter and enjoys skiing, golf, and music.
